ARTIFACT

Merriam-Webster defines "artifact" as: 

1) a usually simple object showing human workmanship or modification; 

2) something characteristic of or resulting from a particular human institution, period, trend, or individual; and

3) something or someone arising from or associated with an earlier time.

I have selected 6 artifacts that encompass work that I have completed within my first seventeen months as a PhD student. These artifacts demonstrate that I have achieved levels of theoretical knowledge, research knowledge, professional competency, and instructional competency required as a prerequisite to move forward within the PhD in Educational Studies program at UPEI.
